We advise healthcare institutions and other healthcare professionals on the financing, organisation and control of healthcare services. We analyse and provide opinions on draft contracts with sickness funds, financing of healthcare services, application of fee-for-service and patient premiums. We will work with you to find answers and solutions to any operational issues you may have. Where necessary, we represent healthcare professionals in legal disputes with patients and public authorities.
