How can I start using the KONSUS E-platform?

The first step is to create a KONSUS user account. To do this, you will need to enter your name, surname, date of birth, phone number, email address and password.

The platform can also be accessed via Facebook or Google accounts. You will receive a confirmation of your successful registration to the email address you provided during registration.

What can I do after registering my account?

After registering on the website, log in to your user account.

Here you can update your personal data, your physical or legal address and link your account to your Facebook or Google accounts.

In your profile, you can download or delete your account data.

You will be able to add or edit your bank card details in your account for more convenient billing.

How can I get a consultation?

Once you're logged in to your account, click on "Consultations" and "Create a new one". You can either choose a written consultation or book a time for a consultation by video call, telephone or in a branch.

How can I get a written consultation?

If you have chosen a written consultation, please fill in all the information fields. In the next step, click on "Send enquiry". Our experts will contact you within 72 hours of your enquiry. You will receive a confirmation of your enquiry via the email address you provided when registering your account and you will also be notified in your KONSUS account.

In your KONSUS account, you will be able to edit the name of the consultation, mark it as completed or delete it. If you decide that a written consultation is not enough for you, you can click on it and book a convenient time for a consultation by video call, phone or in the office.

How can I get a live consultation?

If you have chosen a live consultation, please select the type of consultation in the next step - video call, phone call or on-site. In the next step, select time and date that is convenient/available for you.

In the last step, you can pay for your order. You will receive a confirmation of successful payment and consultation registration in your email.

How long does a live consultation last?

A typical consultation lasts about 60 minutes. The length of each consultation is individual and depends on the specific situation. Each client can book a minimum of 30 minutes, but longer consultations can be arranged.

Where can I find information about my orders?

You can find all your consultation bookings, time bookings, messages and invoices in your KONSUS account.
