Principles of data processing

1. Principle of fairness, transparency and legality. Personal data shall be processed in a transparent, fair and lawful manner.

2. The principle of purpose limitation. Data is processed only for the specific purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The company may use personal data for a different purpose on the basis of a legitimate interest, contract or vital interest, only if the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose.

1. Website administration. Data processing to improve the functionality and navigation of the website.

2. Presentation of information. In accordance with the requirements of the legislation or by obtaining the person's consent, personal data may be processed when UAB Konsauditas provides information to the person on the website, by e-mail or by telephone.

3. Performance of contractual obligations. In accordance with the service contracts concluded between the company and the client, personal data are used for the performance of the obligations set out therein.

4. Preparation of financial documents. Invoicing for company services based on the specific details of the person concerned.

Rights of the data subject

1. The right to be informed about the processing of your personal data. Before creating a customer account on the website of UAB Konsauditas, the data subject must familiarize themselves with this Privacy Policy. If a person does not confirm his/her acceptance of the Privacy Policy by ticking the checkbox, he/she will not be able to register. This ensures that the person is informed about the processing of his/her data on the website.

2. The right of access to your personal data processed. The data subject may contact UAB Konsauditas to find out whether the company processes his/her personal data. The data subject also has the right to have access to his/her personal data collected and processed, provided that this does not infringe the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of other persons.

The data subject shall have the right to request that his or her personal data be transferred to him or her or to another controller, subject to technical feasibility. However, the data subject does not have the right to data portability if the data are processed non-automatically (e.g. data in paper files).

9. Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (SDPI) regarding improper processing of personal data or the violation of the rights of the person as a data subject.

Transfer of personal data

Personal data may be transferred in accordance with applicable law:

1. For service providers. Personal data may be transferred to service providers with whom we have entered into cooperation agreements (e.g. companies providing data storage services, website administration services). The amount of personal data transferred is limited to what is necessary for the provision of the services.

2. State authorities or other bodies authorised by the State. Personal data may be transferred to pre-trial investigation authorities, courts, supervisory authorities or other state authorised bodies.
