We advise on international procurement issues in open, restricted, negotiated and non-negotiated tenders, innovation partnerships or project tenders.
We provide public procurement services to contracting authorities. We help contracting authorities to properly draft contracts and all necessary documents. We register CVP IS, set up organisation users, assist in setting up a commission, publishing a small value procurement procedure, publicising contracts and purchases, reporting, verifying purchases etc. Advising on the preparation of answers to suppliers' questions and on the handling of complaints that may lead to suspension of procurement, etc. Representing and advising on any issues that may arise in the course of negotiations, in the transition from one type of negotiation to another, etc. Where necessary, we represent clients in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings concerning public procurement.
