We represent our clients in restricted tenders, open and closed negotiations with buyers of services. We ensure that the contracting authority complies with the law, assist in the preparation of claims, monitor compliance with the terms of the contract, etc. We advise our clients on all aspects of public procurement, as well as assisting in the preparation of tenders for EU-funded projects. We advise on international procurement issues in open, restricted, negotiated and non-negotiated tenders, innovation partnerships or project tenders.
