How can I start using the KONSUS E-platform?

The first step is to create a KONSUS user account. To do this, you will need to enter your name, surname, date of birth, phone number, email address and password.

The platform can also be accessed via Facebook or Google accounts. You will receive a confirmation of your successful registration to the email address you provided during registration.

What can I do after registering my account?

After registering on the website, log in to your user account.

Here you can update your personal data, your physical or legal address and link your account to your Facebook or Google accounts.

In your profile, you can download or delete your account data.

You will be able to add or edit your bank card details in your account for more convenient billing.

Where can I find information about my orders?

You can find all your consultation bookings, time bookings, messages and invoices in your KONSUS account.

How long does it take to respond to requests?
